Begin the morning with a FIT4MOM Stroller Strides Express workout with Erica. Stroller Strides Express is a 30 minute\, full body workout with strength\, cardio\, and core training\, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller. Be sure to bring a stroller or wagon\, water\, and anything else to be comfortable for your workout. \nFollowing your workout\, join Jamie\, Occupational Therapist from Functional Roots\, with an interactive spring inspired story time\, navigate an animal track scavenger hunt nature walk\, search for signs of the season in the woods\, and engage in hands-on nature sensory play and art. \nThis event invites Moms with children of all ages. This playful and enriching experience supports Mom and child wellness\, child development\, and encourages us to foster a love for movement outdoors as a community. \nDate: March 20\, 2025 \nTime: 10-11:00 am \nLocation: North Park\, Allison Park PA \nRegistration required for safety of participants.
