SUMMARY:Winter Solstice: Snow & Glow @ Bushy Run Battlefield
DESCRIPTION:Join us for family friendly light-inspired sensory play & art to give your dark evenings a magical glow outdoors as well as winter play activities to spice up your indoor fun this season. \nChildren with a caregiver will be inspired with many ways of staying active throughout the winter season to avoid cabin fever. You will create and take-home a winter light globe to display at home. \nThe event includes a combination of gentle loose structure\, connection with others\, and play stations to complete at your own pace in a supportive environment. Events are hosted by licensed Occupational Therapists and can easily be adapted so all individuals are have an enjoyable experience. \nEvent is open to children of all ages with a caregiver. Please note: caregivers must be able to navigate uneven terrain and fully supervise their child for the duration of the event. Carriers or sturdy jogging strollers are encouraged for children not yet walking. \nDate: 12/12/2024 \nTime: 10-11:00 am \nRegistration required. Click here to reserve your spot! \nAdditional details of the event will be provided the day prior to the event via email.
